The Orly mini paint in Blue Collar is a very nice bright cyan blue. It is a cream lacquer without glitter, the job is perfect. The paint can be spread easily, the consistency is not too runny but not too creamy. The color is distributed almost by itself, the small brush fans out well, I have to complain about anything at this time! I can only recommend. The Minis

And here with a layer Limelite about Blue Collar. Limelite solo is really such a transparent light turquoise with shimmer, shimmer on Blue Collar is the totally beautiful out. Looks great right?
